Exhibits to be in place by 10 a.m.

Judging commences 11 a.m.

Prize ribbons will be awarded in all classes.

Entries will be judged on head, flavour, colour and effervescence.

Regulations:

1. All entries to be home brewed, no commercial entries.

2. Entries to be clearly marked to indicate type and variety of brew.

3. Brew entries required to be in two 375 ml bottles – one for judging and one for display.

4. The Convener/Judge is empowered to combine or separate classes where the number of entries warrant this.
